ABOUT MBD STUDIO

Since I was a little girl, I've loved creating. I learned by following my mother and grandparents, watching their hands bring ideas to life through crocheting, sewing, handmade gifts, and creative projects. Some of my favorite memories are rooted in making things with love—especially Christmas gifts that were crafted rather than purchased.

As life evolved, so did my creative journey. While career, family, and responsibilities often took center stage, my passion for learning and creating never disappeared. Over the years, I continued exploring new interests, taking classes, and developing new skills.

Today, my creative interests are as diverse as ever. From hand-knitting cozy blankets and growing vegetables in container gardens to caring for houseplants, picture framing, decorating, and discovering new creative outlets, I find joy in the process of making something beautiful with my own hands.

Now, in this new season of life, I am intentionally returning to the things that have always inspired me. I am embracing creativity, lifelong learning, and the simple joy that comes from creating something meaningful.

That journey led to the birth of MBD Studios.

MBD Studios is a creative space where people can gather, learn, create, and be inspired. Whether you're joining a hand-knitting workshop, exploring a new hobby, or simply looking for a creative community, you'll find a welcoming environment where creativity is celebrated and everyone can learn something new.

I believe creativity has no age limit, no experience requirement, and no perfect starting point. If you're willing to try, you're already a creator.
